Home ownership is something everyone should be able to enjoy. As a young man, I felt that buying a home in the Bay Area was completely out of my reach, but with the help and guidance of a close family friend, who was a Realtor, I was able to purchase my first condo. If I hadn’t received this advice (and a lot of coaxing) our family wouldn’t be living in the home we have today. My objective is to help as many people as I can experience this same type of personal and financial success.
My early experience in real estate involved buying and selling homes on a personal level. During a time span of over twenty years, I bought and sold numerous properties in the Bay Area. During this process I’ve had the opportunity to partner with some of the top realtors in the nation, studying and implementing strategies of valuation, cost effective improvement and comprehensive marketing. This personal involvement has given me a unique perspective; I see things from a client’s viewpoint. Perhaps the most important thing I’ve learned throughout this process is that every situation is unique, and only when an agent takes the time to completely understand the customer’s needs is ultimate success truly achieved.
Find Your Next Home
As a Bay Area resident of over thirty years, I have a thorough knowledge of the area. Once you have defined your needs and desires, I’ll work diligently to find the home that fits those needs and your budget. From obtaining the right financing, to the close of escrow, as your partner I’ll guide you through the entire process.
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Together we can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making minor repairs and cost effective improvements, or simply adding a fresh coat of paint can make the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
